My weight loss blog

I have decided to start a blog to document my weight loss and to keep myself accountable and to also, hopefully, give others motivation to keep going. 

My brief bio:
38 years old 
Mother of 1
PCOS diagnosed in 1999
Highest weight: 299lbs
Current Weight: 258lbs
Goal: 145-150lbs
LCHF Lifestyle / modified Atkins
Fitness: Walking/running 5 days per week

I will share other tidbits of my life as I blog. Here is a current picture of me:

I will post a new picture for every 20lbs lost and I will wear the same clothes so I can show an accurate picture of my progress.
